1. Your diet is as important as doing situps! :) Dont eat junk food after doing sit ups.
2. You have to feel your stomach muscles getting tense. if you don't feel that, then its the same as not doing any situps. :(
3. If situps really don't work for you, try lying faceddown on the floor and lifting yourself up only with your toes and the part between your elbow and wrist. Try to be as straight as you can and hang in there as long as you can! If you can't visualise this, let me know, i'll try to take a pic for you. haha.
